Verified Champions is a global community of online creators who share accurate, compelling stories, linked to climate change, relevant to local communities. We are part of Verified for Climate, a joint initiative of the United Nations and Purpose.
You don’t have to be a climate expert to talk about climate. We welcome voices from all backgrounds — whether you’re a student, farmer, teacher, construction worker, parent, artist, or small business owner, we believe everyone has something important to say about taking care of the planet.
Our videos have sparked conversations about climate solutions across the world — from comment sections on TikTok, to community action groups, and international climate forums.

As a member of Verified Champions, you will create content that inspires positive action on climate change.
You will be asked to:

Focus on the bigger picture of community and systemic change, rather than individual actions
Make climate topics accessible and relevant to your local community
Highlight solutions and opportunities that show how we can create positive change together
Create content regularly that connects with your audience’s interests
Join occasional online sessions to connect with and learn from other Verified Champions
Keep content hopeful and inspiring, helping your audience feel empowered rather than overwhelmed
